Student will write a 5 page paper sharing why it is important for churches to have a strategic plan. Students must include how churches can utilize the five steps 1 Organizational Scan, 2. Theory of Change, 3. Business Model, 4. Organization Capacity and 5. Leadership) we covered in the course. Textbooks used: Think Better by Tim Hurson – a McGraw Hill Book and Strategic Planning for Nonprofit Organizations by Michael Allison and Jude Kaye Third Edition by Wiley Publisher.
