Principles of Ethics – 2 to 3 pages (each question) double spaced from a Evangelical Christian perspective. 1. Explain two views which pose challenges two the objectivity of ethics as discussed in Christian Ethics: A Guide to the Perplexed by Victor Lee Austin (could be amoralism, emotivism, determinisim, subjectivism, or cultural relativism) and offer responses to those views defending the objectivity of ethics. 2. Explain the Euthyphro dilemma and the challenge it poses to divine command ethics. Explain one way of responding to the Euthyphro dilemma. We also used the textbook Kingdom Ethics by David Gushee and Glen Stassen in class that will be helpful.
