hi, this is a training plan and needs to be related to performance management. this training plan needs to consider an issue related to performance management which can not be solved by other means. the issue can only be solved by training. so, need to develop an effective training plan to solve that issue. i have a recommended a topic which I think is related to performance management and challeneg can only be solved by training. if you think it is not relevant you can suggest another topic as well. thank you.
