SpaceX is considering you for an entry-level managementposition. You have been asked to prepare an analysis of the company’s vision, mission, and achievements in space explorationas part of the selection process. Please prepare a 5–6 page reportthat includes anassessment of the company’s vision statement, mission, and strategic issues that may hinder the achievement of strategic goals. Your report should also recommend a detailed action plan addressing identified strategic issues.

Team, to help you get off on the right track in understanding the demands of case analysis, I am providing you with this memo for SpaceX. First, I require that you answer the case questions. These questions should assist you in the proper use of tools of strategic analysis, and
