(Posters will NOT be used on campus. This is an exercise in design, and posters will only be used for the purpose of this assignment).
Assignment Purpose:
The purpose for this assignment is to develop a common understanding of the course objectives and outcomes and also learn how to put the theory of Five Principles of Design into practice.
Assignment Instructions:
For this assignment, you need to create a poster for this course (English 230: Technical Writing) to promote enrollment for Spring Quarter 2017. Your flyer should have both visual and written elements, and your visual can be a still image, a group of still images, an abstract piece of art, or whatever fits your flyer’s style.
The audience for this project is the general student body at EvCC. Your flyer should include any information that would help students understand what the course is about, general information about the course (days, times, etc.), and how to enroll in the course.
