Production of product: The product will be produced in quantities of 3000 in Texas and shipped by truck to 5 different distribution centers in the United States and then will be distributed to stores in quantities of 10 per store.
In-store sales method: One model will be on display in the store out of the packaging, the rest will remain in the package in the back room of the store until they are sold.
Price Point of product: This is a mid-range laptop computer.
Specific requirements of package in the store: The package must show the brand name and some legal information. In addition to the product, the package must contain a power cord, the battery (to be put into the computer by the end-use customer) and an instruction manual.

Production of product: The product will be produced in quantities of 100,000 in China and shipped by boat to the US. Units of 100 will be distributed to retail stores by truck throughout the United States.
In-store sales method: The product will be displayed on a hook in a retail store with 10 per hook.
Price Point of product: This is a low end item within the product category and has a low price-point.
Specific requirements of package in the store: The package must show the brand name and some legal information. The package must be hanging on a hook in the store. In addition to the product, the package must contain a small instructions booklet (2” x 2” when folded).
