The article aims to outline challenges facing SMEs and how CIMA, an institute in the UK that trains graduates in business, can enhance its programs to equip the graduates with relevant skills to serve the SME sector effectively. The article is relevant to my study since it establishes challenges facing SMEs and the role of professionals in finance and accounting in resolving these challenges. The report uses statistics from reliable organizations such as the Office of National Statistics in the UK and is thus credible. Moreover, Howard Bryant, who authored the article, is a finance director and consultant in finance and the findings are believable. A possible limitation is that the item is based on the SME sector findings in the UK, and some conclusions might not apply to Saudi Arabia.
