This week, we focused on unethical conduct in the corporate world and the various ways ithappens. Unethical conduct often transfers to corporations’ consumers. For example, a
corporation states on their label that the product was made in the United States. However, most
of the pieces to make the product are manufactured and purchased from another country.
Reflect on what you learned and then, in your own words, address the following prompts:
• Define White-Collar crimes and discuss how corporate culture can influence employees’
ethical decision making.

Discuss some factors of a company’s corporate culture that can ensure their employees
are making ethical decisions.

Explain what must take place in order for a company to be criminally liable for their
