Followership is willingly and actively supporting, following, and
collaborating with a leader or someone in authority within a
group, organization, or community. It entails people giving their
abilities, suggestions, and efforts to realize common objectives.
Even though leadership is often emphasized, followership is just as
crucial to accomplishing any project since strong leaders require
devoted followers to carry out their plans and visions.
Qualities and Behaviors of Effective Followers
• Self-management capabilities:

– Exhibits good judgment in decision-making.
